Refund & Return Policy
Introduction
At Shri Shyam Transport Company, we strive to provide reliable and efficient transport services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and returns of services booked through our company.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:
  • If the transport service is canceled at least **24 hours** before the scheduled pickup, a **full refund** will be provided.
  • If the transport service is canceled **12-24 hours** before the scheduled pickup, a **50% refund** will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made **less than 12 hours** before the scheduled pickup.
  • If the service is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., vehicle breakdown or scheduling issue), a **full refund** or alternative service will be provided.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • If the customer fails to be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time (**No-Show Policy**).
  • If the delay or cancellation is due to unforeseen external factors such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
  • If incorrect booking details were provided by the customer.
  • If the service has already been rendered as per the booking agreement.
Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within **5-7 business days**.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • For cash payments, refunds can be collected in person from our office.
Service Modifications & Returns
If you need to modify your booking instead of canceling:
  • Changes requested **at least 24 hours** before the scheduled transport will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Changes requested **less than 24 hours** before the transport may incur additional charges.
We do not offer returns on transport services once they have been completed.
