At Shri Shyam Transport Company, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your transport booking. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and modifications.

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made **at least 24 hours** before the scheduled transport will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made **within 12-24 hours** of the scheduled transport will be eligible for a **50% refund**.
• Cancellations made **less than 12 hours** before the transport will **not be eligible** for a refund.

Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation terms:

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within **5-7 business days**.
• Payments made through online modes will be refunded to the original payment method.
• For cash payments, refunds can be collected in person from our office.
• Processing fees or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

If you need to reschedule or modify your booking:

• Changes requested **at least 24 hours** before the scheduled transport are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Modifications requested **less than 24 hours** before the transport may incur an additional fee.

If the customer fails to be available for pickup at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a **no-show**, and no refund will be provided. Please ensure availability to avoid cancellation charges.

In cases of **unforeseen circumstances** such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable delays, Shri Shyam Transport Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. Customers will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided at our discretion.
